Something interesting I saw around the neighborhood

So this had been written on a power box for a long time.  It was a nice day yesterday and it was convenient for me stop and read it.  When I saw what it said I thought I might as well take pictures, I figured it would go along with my post from yesterday.  I hope you find this as interesting as I did.
